To enhance the quality of agricultural products and improve productivity while reducing manual labor for farmers, an automated lemon grading program has been proposed. This program utilizes advanced imaging technology, incorporating an Intel RealSense camera mounted on a flat surface, accompanied by a small projector to ensure accuracy and efficiency in assessing lemon quality. When a lemon is placed under the grading panel, the system’s model automatically detects and classifies each lemon based on its size, color, and quality. Upon determining the grade of the lemon, the system projects a bounding box directly onto the lemon to visually display its grade, providing immediate and clear feedback to the farmer.
