The Onion Project is designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of quality control in factory conveyor belt operations using advanced artificial intelligence techniques. By leveraging the capabilities of the YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection model in conjunction with an anomaly detection model, this project aims to identify and segregate onions that do not meet predefined quality standards.
